Terms for using Levaloop.

Using Levaloop
Teacher responsibility
Teachers remain responsible for their professional decisions and for reviewing AI-generated material before relying on it or sharing it with learners or families.
Recording and uploaded content
You must have the rights, authority and any consent required to record lessons or upload learner information. Do not submit material that you are not entitled to process through the service.
AI features
AI-generated transcripts, reviews, reports, translations and learner activities may contain errors or unexpected output. Levaloop assists teaching judgement; it does not replace the teacher's responsibility for educational decisions.
Subscriptions and limits
Recurring subscription
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed according to the price and billing period shown during checkout. A subscription continues until it is cancelled through the supported billing flow.
Cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewal in accordance with the billing period shown for the subscription. Access already paid for may continue until the applicable period ends unless the service states otherwise.
Plan allowances
Plans can include separate allowances for recorded lesson processing, reviews generated from teacher notes and Ask Levaloop. Current allowances are shown in the product and account interfaces.
Unlimited plans
"Unlimited" describes normal individual teaching use without a stated monthly customer quota for the feature. It does not permit automated extraction, resale, abusive traffic, deliberate cost generation or activity that threatens the service. Technical safety limits may temporarily restrict abnormal use.
Changes and refunds
Plan changes, charges and any refund rights are governed by the terms shown during the applicable billing flow and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Content, service and acceptable use
Your content
You keep the rights you hold in content you submit. You permit Levaloop and its service providers to process that content as needed to provide, secure and operate the requested service.
Learner information
Where learner information concerns a child, the teacher or other responsible adult must ensure that its use in Levaloop is lawful and appropriately authorised.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe or bypass access controls, upload unlawful material, interfere with other users, automate abusive workloads or use Levaloop to violate another person's rights.
Availability and changes
Features may evolve and temporary interruptions can occur. We may change, suspend or restrict functionality where reasonably needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, maintenance or service reliability.
Third-party resources
Optional external resources and recommendations are provided as educational support. Third parties remain responsible for their own products, availability, prices and terms.
Account restriction
Access may be restricted or terminated for serious misuse, unlawful activity, security threats, non-payment or material violation of these terms.
